Double rubs are how upholstery fabric is rated for wear. Anything over 15,000 suits a family room. Over 30,000 is contract grade.
This one is a Defender fabric, treated to shrug off spills so they blot up rather than soak in.

Nothing. Swatches are free and we pay the postage. You can order up to 3 at a time.
How big is a swatch?
Roughly the size of a postcard. That is large enough to judge colour and texture in your own light, which is the point, because fabric reads differently beside your window than it does under a showroom light.
How long do swatches take to arrive?
They go by post, so usually within a week anywhere we deliver furniture to.
What does the fabric grade mean?
Grade is the price band a fabric sits in, from 5 to 40. A higher grade costs more on the same frame and is usually heavier, more textured, or more hard wearing. It is not a quality ranking, so a grade 5 fabric is not a poor fabric.
