Every Duncan sofabed uses a contract grade mechanism that features tubular steel construction. The Imperial Rest XL innerspring mattress is nearly 7" thick offering superior comfort and support. To provide continuity of tailoring Duncan sofabeds feature a self-covered fabric flap to hide the mechanism when closed.
Frame
The Duncan's frame is made with an extra 1 1/8" solid wood frame of selected kiln dried soft and hardwoods. For added durability all the frame has also been stapled, glued, and corner blocked.
